If you are sending your valuable items for us to mount, please use registered post or registered courier, and to ensure extra security let us know by phone or fax when you have dispatched them so that we know to expect your parcel. We will let you know we have received them as soon as they have arrived.

We will contact you just before we dispatch your completed display case or frame, to confirm your delivery instructions and let you know it is on its way. We will contact you the following day to ensure that it has arrived and that you are happy with the result.

Size is Important

We will always set out your display to its best advantage and make it as balanced as possible,

while keeping in mind the need for economy. Therefore the size and proportion may vary slightly from those in our catalogue. If we feel it would look better in a smaller frame, and it is the next size down, we will reimburse you the difference in cost. However if it is necessary to use a different style or larger frame we will discuss it and any additional costs that may be involved.

Payment

Payment can be made by cheque, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Bankcard and can be sent with your order, or over the phone.

Prices and Specifications

Prices and specifications may change from time to time, however it is our intention to hold prices stable for as long as possible, and specifications will change only if it can be justified by product improvement.
